I look forward to playing more Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered and getting to discover and read Bashar's story all over again. #BasharMatiDay

So all that's left to say for now is
Happy Apocashitstorm in 40 years, friends.

I have decided to call Nov 24 #BasharMatiDay because few 'background' stories in videogames or other media are such a well-made example of worldbuilding and have moved me as much as his did.

Without explicit spoilers for the main (Aloy) plot of HZD, here are some excerpts of his last entry.

If you've played #HorizonZeroDawn and collected all the Vantage Points:

Happy Bashar Mati Day.

Why? His last journal entry on #Apocashitstorm Tour Day 12 is signed:
"Bashar Mati
Son of Aamaal and Bayhas Mati
Stepson of Wyatt Mahante
24 November 2064"

#BasharMatiDay

So I haven't been crossposting from Twitter so far, but because I'll never stop trying to make #BasharMatiDay a thing, I'm gonna copypaste my appreciation posts here. Least I can do for cancelling the HZDR stream I wanted to do today.
