most long haul flights can provide little bassinets for infants-in-arms but unfortunately a) the flight was too turbulent to use it and b) froglet managed to actually outgrow it in the two weeks between flights

yeah this is true. they can share books but that's about it. can't share car seats, high chairs, bassinets, any of the expensive stuff, need twice as many diapers, twice as much food, twice as many tiny forks, two pairs of shoes every time
I thought having twins there would be at least *some* economies of scale, but I am here to tell you that there are essentially none. The hospital charges you for two births!
