I enjoyed the wackier Battleplans and less time on Battletactics, but I definitely would prefer them being picked at the start of battle (bp and enemy list known)
Didn't really notice a difference in SoG Goregruntas, but liked Gnashy and Wrekkaz
Paying pts for Krondi on a 6+ just feels way too bad

Played two games with the new GHB today. I don't know what to think of the battletactics yet. However, the new battleplans with their underdog mechanics are refreshing and I'm looking forward to geht to know them a bit better.

Club league game against scary new Kharadron. They doubled me 1-2 without drawbacks but weren't able to achieve or score enough.
My Brutes got into their block on the right obj T2, pinning both ships and the Thunderers, ultimately winning me the game, playing 3/4 objectives.

Dancing confuses the enemy and makes automatic targetting difficult #BattleTactics

Game 3 - Cyclic Shifts:
20 Melee Snakes + Morathi. He rolled a 11'' countercharge T1 with Morathi, denying Scouting force and ultimately winning him the game. All his charges were 10+'', combined with playing rules wrong on his and key rolls whiffing on my end, I was not able to do anything at all

My early hot take is that AOA is the biggest change to the game…and battletactics are perhaps better scoring later!

I'd Love to have this Ultra Magnus in Battle Tactics because of his Red Eyes

Played two games against high level opponents for our monthly AoS Stammtisch. My first IRL games with Nurgle. That brought some new problems with bubble management etc that were way easier on TTS.
Tried out Lord of Affliction + 1 Pusgoyle, but did not like it over 20 more Bearer.

Game 2 - Passsing Seasons:
Against Michelle from our Club with 60 Tzaangors. She didn't want to leave the castle early, allowing me to pin her mostly onto her own Objective. With some key shields of hers not going off, I was even able to kill enough of the Tzaangor to threaten Kairos in the Backline
