Beccara and Kelton are doing a phenomenal job of explaining/teaching baseball terms that come up during their commentary, and they've got a good balance on "what's going on right now" vs "let's learn some things about these players/teams" - I hope they turn out to be the standard team in the booth

The stooge in question is a Democrat. Beccara and Steyer split the dem ticket during this primary election. There's a good chance Beccara will win for governor against his Republican opponent in the regular election, but he's still the worst of the dem options that California could have voted for.
