flavor. Personally if I am making a cheddar sauce I like to mix Beechers Flagship or Aged Flagship and I mix it with a cheddar powder (white) from Amazon (its usually from Wisconsin, its real cheddar)

Banza chickpea pasta is my go to. Others were hit and miss for me, so I gave up trying them. There’s a frozen Beechers GF Mac and cheese, it’s not bad. Pacific Foods organic roasted red pepper & tomato soup is GF, it’s good. Applegate frozen GF chicken strips. Bob’s Red Mill has GF items I use, too.

Cheddar people: I have crossed the frontier into 5-year extra-aged, and I can confidently report that it is a bridge too far. 4-year is the sweet spot. Beechers if possible.
