This pub was too full for us to get a table during the match so they are handing out "sorry certificates" for a free appetizer which is the must Canadian thing I've ever seen

US fam visited & asked me to take them to a restaurant I liked. I usually just go to breweries and tiny take out places 🥴 But I chose Beertown because their space is great & food is always fab! 🍜🇨🇦

Wish I'd gone out today, a little bit cooler. Yesterday was a bit too warm with constant headwinds. Also, cycling through BeerTown when on the mandatory post Belgium dry period wasn't ideal

Not heard the 'owing to an unusual number of units undergoing maintenance' from the TOC book of excuses for systemic overcrowding for a while. Still, got to BeerTown eventually. Wouldn't have minded cycling here but taking a bike back on a crowded train is always perilous

Beer town in Toronto extensive menu has something for everyone. The Vanilla bean Crème Brûlée was my best yet and the yummy cookie was a great finish to the meal.
