All four Russian military transport planes carrying residents evacuated from Russian-occupied Oleshky, along with their pets, have landed in Gomel, Belarus. Ukrainian Ombudsman Lubinets and his delegation are accompanying the evacuees.

Belarus media report that the US gives permission for national airline Belavia to trade with Boeing.
There's no statement on either the US Dept of Commerce site, nor the Bureau of Industry & Security.
It would mean Belarus can buy spare parts, hopefully not allowed to give to RU.
