Ilya Parkhotyuk is the son of the founding pastor of HungryGen. He has been a speaker at SOZO Church over the years, as recently as this past June.

Oh, my goodness. The picture was taken at my grandparent's home in Allyn between Shelton and Belfair. I have a lot of roots in that area. I too live in California, but I visit relatives up there twice a year. Belfair is practically the big city compared to Allyn.

Walk In the Light International built him a church to preach in where there are posters of Katy & Tom. He preached at SOZO Belfair this past Sunday.

The salmon sculpture at the Salmon Center at the end of Hood Canal. The painting on this side depicts forrests, mountains, and the sea. On the south end of Belfair is the Salmon Center building which houses the Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Center organization. They partner with the Chum Project and various other salmon restoration efforts.

I visited the Union River Chum Trap in Belfair, WA to chat with the volunteers and see some salmon!

There is data about the Summer Chum Project on the left The chum trap in the river that all salmon have to swim through to make it upstream. This makes it easier to count the fish looking downriver at Union River Right downstream of the counter station. The volunteers told me there were a bunch of salmon hanging out in the shadows below the bushes on the other end

The Board granted an amended conditional approval for Belfair Square. Discussions for this project started in 2020. Discussions generally have been going on since I was in high school. This owner has been collecting properties for this project since I was in elementary school!
