In January we closed out our BellAliant account. Today I get a notice that we owe $568.00. They claim our equipment wasn’t returned. Fortunately, I had the receipt and got it straightened out. They guaranteed that I will never be a returning customer!

It's FINALLY been resolved. After zero help from the #BellAliant call center, I filed a formal complaint with the ombudsman, a total pain but they have finally closed the acct, sent the refund and someone actually called me, and emailed me with an apology.

Dropped my Huawei P20 Pro again, and now the back is coming off. But BellAliant has like zero variety in phone options anymore, it's either Samsung or Google Pixel. And neither is very appealing. Might have to try and fix this thing, UGH.

Called #bellaliant to cancel my Internet service. After 15 mins w/ their 1st tier, I'm told Cancellation Department is too busy & call back later. And I can't cancel my account by returning my modem.

As of OC 1 #EastLink won't offer #CableInternet in our area of #HalifaxNS (Purcells Cove Rd, Armdale). So our #InternetReseller #TekSavvy will be switching us to #FibreOpticInternet from #BellAliant with free hardware (new modem-router box) & the increase waved for a few moths. #HomeInternet

It will soon be two years that I started contacting #BellAliant to tell them my step father died. Since then, they refuse (despite my POA) to add me to the acct or cancel it. I have receipts for returning the equipment, no one will speak to me, they keep asking to speak to my very dead step father.

I tried four times yesterday to speak with a representative at Roger's. Twice today, and got the same message. "All our representatives are busy, please try again later. No wait time, not placed on hold, just hang up. I want to cancel my service, because I switched back to Bell Aliant. #BellAliant

It's very hard when you commute from areas like this. It can be dry in the city and waiting for a plow to open the highway in Ship Harbour. Back when we had Payphones along the way, you could walk back to one and call into work. Can't today, they #BellAliant took our payphones & gave us no Cellular

Has anyone else gotten a call purporting to be BellAliant offering a big discount for the next couple of years? Hyper guy talking a mile a minute asked how much my last bill was and promised big discount... I told him I didn't have time and hung up. Just didn't trust it.
