Ben Armstrong had an image factory script that used the ISO only for the first time to create a sysprepped vhdx. Next runs created a vm to check for updates and if found, applied them, sysprepped and made the vhdx the new source file. That way no updated ISO was needed. github.com/BenjaminArms...
