Ruddy duck! Small chestnut coloured duck with stiff black tail and bright blue bill. He is slapping his bill on his chest to produce bubbles in the water in front of him. The lady ruddy ducks find this very attractive.

Up early today so got a chance to see one of my favourite local spots at dawn. Such pretty light and beautiful things to see. Look at Mama shoveler with her crew! Think they’ll grow into those bills? Ruddy, the #BestDuck, was looking **fine** and avocets were elegant as always #birds 🌿

推 bestduck : 我跟女友從大阪回來，她的行李箱有束帶2條+客製化吊牌，還是被人拿下來，拿下來的人還說：難怪怎麼感覺怪怪的..（當時有趕快追，不然應該也是會被拉走..
