The onr brand I can recommend is Beyerdynamic. They have a lot of options from casual headphones up to studio quality.
Unsure how many of them have noise cancelling though.
One thing I can say though is I absolutely LOVED their customer service!

I'm very happy with Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO.
They're open-backed over-ear, so they bleed through environment sound, and your headphones will be a bit audible to your surroundings, but the comfort is great. Allows me to wear them all day with glasses, without getting annoyed. Great audio quality. 🙂

i will always vouch for beyerdynamic dt 880s. decently priced and hold up well. i used mine until they literally fell apart.

oh, i'm using it with the beyerdynamic DT 700 Pro X lmao its like 40 something ohms so it does run pretty well :3 im thinking of getting the sennheiser hd 480 pro tho, which might be harder to run

OK. Right at the end was the price. Ow! I checked here (FIN) and converting to Euros gives the same price from reputable suppliers. Poorer ones are roughly the same number but in Euros.
Way too much imo. I'm mainly using something with good audio quality direct from Beyerdynamic that cost the same.

I don't enjoyment in not throwing something away.

i still think the beyerdynamic open-backs sound wider (fork found in kitchen) but these are like way more isolating so like. yeayyy
