During our visit to The Bedford Village Inn, Chef Colin O'Hara showed us a DiRōNA Gold kitchen — well inland, but serving some of New England's best seafood alongside prime steaks, across seven dining rooms, seven days a week.

During our visit to The Brewster Inn, Chef Steven showed us the market - a working fish & meat counter for locals & summer visitors. It all began with a winter cooking class; last year, 13 tons of fish crossed the counter.

The Brewster Inn was built in 1890 as a summer house, for two million dollars, with a Standard Oil fortune. The certificates still hang framed in the hallway — including an $800,000 investment.

Co-owner Kirk Gibson walked us through them.
