No I don’t need to “preserve bhojpuri.” Bhojpuri is still spoken today. It isn’t endangered. And my Tamil Muslim & Nepali ancestors never figure into any of these weird, explicitly race-making projects. Our native language is our creole. THAT needs preservation !

Bhojpuri isn't something I ever hear other ppl talk about and tbh I feel like a lot of ppl don't bring it up outside of indo caribbean I get the sense that ppl feel embarassed and ashamed sometimes...
