Enough joking, here's the real name. None are that satisfying, tho:

"Groups of cardinals are called a few collective nouns, but some of the most common is a college of cardinals, a conclave of cardinals, and a deck of cardinals."

I have both Blue Tits and Great Tits visiting my feeders. What confused me is both types appear together with their young. When you see both together, when one of each is perching on top of the feeder, the differences are obvious. Harder to spot when they are darting to and fro collecting food!

A good nickname: "stochastic prattle" 😂

Though probably not as I had to look up that a flock of parrots is called.

Thank you for BirdFact! Seems like there's an Exclusion Zone along the coast just north of the SF Bay area all the way to almost the Washington border, sucks to exist there I guess!

So modern carrion crows have learned to utilize the moving vehicles as the ultimate nutcracker.

But that creates a new problem: how do you retrieve the meat of the nut before it's mushed into paste?

Some clever crows utilize pedestrian crossings at intersections.

A zen master once went for a walk in a forest with a student. He paused for a few minutes. After an interval the master walked on. Puzzle the student asked when the lesson would begin. His teacher said it’s over this is what he meant.
