Also now that I’m looking at the site on desktop I can definitely see why folks were befuddled about prices because on the main badge landing page it still shows $100 but when you click on the purchase badge button you see the jump in price.

I could see if the money was going towards being housed at a bigger venue but BlerdCon has always been at a hotel. The price jump looks very sus for a small con like this.

I’d love to go to Blerdcon, especially since it would be a good alternative to Dreamcon and how it’s only in Texas (in case y’all didn’t know, Texas hates us trännies) but seeing that it now costs $150 to attend is insane

BlerdCon is definitely tripping with them prices forreal. I know early bird specials have always been a thing but to raise the damn price to $150 and the con is in March of 2027??

I was wondering why I hadn't seen or heard anything about the Janelle Monae graphic novel since it was announced at Blerdcon last year. Was looking for updates and found this post. I'm guessing from this that it got delayed. 🤷🏿♂️
