It's Casey's videos that I stumbled upon one fine day in my early 30s.It's her pilates routines that helped many parts of my retail/constant standing body stop hurting. They are permanent saves in my youtube Playlist.
I'm grateful. #blogilates

if you are into weight training, i dare you to do this 15-min weight-free arms workout without dropping your arms. maybe don’t do what i did and don’t stack it on top of your upper body weight session 😬 but yeah, go ahead and test your muscle endurance! lmk how it went.

Hab mir die günstigere target x blogilates Sachen gegönnt weil endlich restock und mir gefällt‘s soweit echt SO gut! ✨
Die Teile halten ihre Struktur & sind trotzdem so weich🥹
Popflex ist halt iwie 3x so teuer, aber wenn’s halt noch besser ist als was ich grad hab, versteh ich den Preis tbh total 🙈

Popflex is the only consistently good brand I've ever found for drop shoulder stuff. It's activewear but their stuff is really nice, and they've got a lot more than the default Hanes cut for hoodies/shirts/etc. www.popflexactive.com/collections/...

Don't regret getting a weighted vest for walks but oof it sucks on hills 😭
Was thinking about keeping it on for the store but I think 7 miles with it on is enough for the day

Today's plan: trader Joe's then probably spending the day outside (maybe find somewhere to swim w the weather)

I decided to use videos from Cassey Ho (blogilates) as a starting point as there's a variety of videos including apartment friendly workout videos.
I'm currently using her app just bc it organizes challenges & recommended daily stuff well but she has a YouTube channel + free website too!

Simultaneously sized up & down on the blogilates pants because the collection was picked throughhhh & I needed more of the pants especially because currently most of my pants are too big for me 🫣
Was a bit worried about the xs since the small fit perfect but it fits too comfortably!
