Throughout this, Amon hasn't returned Korra's bending. Maybe they haven't had time. But they push forward to Tarrlok (maybe the other council members aren't fighters) and this is where the fact he's a bloodbender gets revealed. Korra and Amon are in a bad spot. Perhaps Amon even gets hurt badly!
