The dungeon of the chateau full of criminal-biscuits... And the gleaming new kitchen fattening them up for the inevitable end... And the inspiration for the incinerator in the show? #iwtv #InterviewWithTheVampire #canon #BloodCommunion

While I'm on a rampage of quoting #BloodCommunion, look what I found! Victrola mention in one of Rhosh' properties! His castle in St. Rayne is in Scotland... Is this a link to #MayfairWitches Julien Scotland family? I don't watch MW anymore so maybe someone could inform me.

Every time Anne uses “cock” in a sentence it spooks me haha maybe its cuz there’s not really too much sexual intimacy in these books or maybe im just reading too much smut lmao

“Armand had said nothing all this while. But I could see his cold, merciless eyes fixed with their characteristic apparent innocence (…) and I imagined a stream of malevolence flowing from him, but he was letting nothing of his mind or heart be known.” #bloodcommunion #thevampirechronicles

“Armand suddenly began to weep. “Don’t do it. He said. “Lestat, he’ll just destroy you, and if you are gone-“

“Ah, such sweet words from one who only hours ago had been cursing me with his every breath”

That’s just Armand’s love language. Lestat, you should know this by now 😭 #TVC #BloodCommunion

Ok I’m done shaking now over the long quotes in the book which I absolutely LOVE! I already knew Armand was seriously in love with Lestat and hated him as much as he loved him. But him admitting all that himself has me trying not to scream I adore these two

But where is Daniel?!?! #bloodcommunion

A satisfying ending to #TheVampireChronicles
I am a little disappointed that Claudia was never brought back as a ghost or spirit so she could reconcile with Louis and Lestat but other than that this was a very sweet heart warming ending

Book 21 is the thirteenth and final Vampire Chronicles novel, "Blood Communion" by Anne Rice.

The cover of the book. The title in the centre is yellow text on a red background, with black flames licking around the edges of the cover. There is a tiny yellow crown above the first O of Blood.
