Any Belgian beer geeks who can recommend a nice brasserie for a big lunch and tasting menu between Bouillon and Charleroi on a Monday?

Also sampled the alcohol free Tripel Karmeliet as my cousin-in-law recommended them (and he's from Belgium!) and I have to say I was rather impressed. By far the best AF I have had so far.
