Here's the thing. When I was actually working on Book2 (the book that I was contractually obligated to write), I couldn't stop thinking and brainstorming about Book3.
Now Book2 is done for the moment so I am finally working on Book3. So obviously now I'm obsessed with Book4.

I wanted to be more excited about book3 but it's mostly been a reminder that im 11 years into this comic and only have evidence of under 100 consistent readers despite an apparent ton of enthusiasm for the characters.
Really gotta resolve that cuz it's where im at my most burnout vulnerable 💦
