For the first time I beat my Boxercise partner (who is about 15 yrs younger than me and super fit)
He did 27

Pilates done … oh I’m gona fucking ache tomorrow 😆 signed up though, really enjoyed it and has given me the impetus to get back on the X trainer and floor work at home 😀
