hard tie between psalmopoeus and brachypelma for my favorite tarantula genus... i had to rehome a lot of spiders but couldn't let go of my brachys or my P pulcher. i miss my irminia i want another some day

I now see that banning the breeds might not be the answer but it's probably still gonna happen. Brachys are on the chopping block next as the gov has been working on a brachy ban for years now. I'm honestly surprised they did Sphynxes and folds before brachys with how long there's been talk of a-
So the Netherlands is banning the Sphynx and Scottish fold breeds.

The double brachydios urgent quest is certainly not as difficult as frenzied brachy in 4u g-rank lmao. I've farmed like 45 brachys for 2 palliums for the last year (in scattered increments) and wow idk what drugs they gave it in 4u but it's a different fight there compared to 3u

I mean honestly every individual spider is different, but I have seen it a lot with my brachys (and augacephaluses, a completely unrelated species haha). Her abdomen looks fine to me! She can definitely wait it out.
