Mayor Davis told the Bradley County Commission that materials on a proposed data center called Project Midspan were delivered Sept. 18 and that a New York company has sued to overturn county data-center zoning rules; the proposal would locate a campus roughly 1,700 feet from Walker Valley High School, he said.
