If you use the BrainGlobe Atlas API directly (i.e. not through brainreg, brainrender etc), please test out the new version of the API.
V3 should be backwards compatible, but we want to catch any bugs before full release.

If you use the BrainGlobe Atlas API directly (i.e. not through brainreg, brainrender etc), please test out the new version of the API.

A new version of brainreg has been released (v1.0.8).
This fixes a bug that caused registration via the napari plugin to be less accurate that via the command line tool.
"pip install brainreg==1.0.8" to update.

BrainGlobe Version 1 has been officially released, bringing all tools under a single umbrella (enabling "pip install BrainGlobe") and simplifying maintenance.
