About 20 years ago, living in Shanghai, some friends and I had a concept for a giant "Brewhaus" type restaurant with the tag line "Beer by the liter, and Meat by the meter"

Yesterday as well as going to Wing King in St.Peter, @elacordeonachi.bsky.social went to the brewhaus at August Schells to try a beer made from my Favorite Beer their Cave Aged Barrel Aged. Turns out I like my Favorite beer more than the been made from it. It was still tasty though

I guess it's my fault for not knowing, I used to bum around that area all the time, going to the Brewhaus or Recycled Records, or the little shops on the square. I lived a couple of places - on 5th Ave near the Capitol building and over on MacArthur. Used to walk to the park and watch the ducks.
