Lexis has a tool called BriefCheck that lets you plug in your entire document and cite check it. West has something similar, I'm sure. All you have to do is drop in a brief and it will immediately tell you that a case doesn't exist.

Yeah, citations are a no-go at this point. If you wanted to risk it you could run a document through a BriefCheck-type tool. I wouldn't. I do think there's some use, too, in saying "pitch me on the reasons that a spelling error in a contract shouldn't invalidate it" or something just for ideas.
