Quickplay has to return to tf2. Im so tired of this broken ass casual system.
I want to be able to switch teams.
I want to just join servers if they have free slots.
I want queue times to be bearable
I don't want to wait every two matches.

I think this does not adress the root of the problem. You are asking for tools for Casual.
I thing you nead is for casual to function simular the tools you have. So the workshoper werzion of fix Casual or BringbackQuickplay.

So I've found out that people want quick play to comeback to TF2, TF2s my favorite online game of all time and I missed out on that time, I hear it's so much better than the broken game we have now, so #bringbackquickplay

This is genuinely insane to me... i always thought Mappers just compiled .bsp's, sent them over to valve, they played it and presto...
It's unfathomable to me not being able to use the modern community tools, with the QOL stuff that stock Source('04) doesn't have.

Casual has a matchmaking system that makes the game competitive even though its supposed to be a chill experience. Queue times are significantly longer than Quickplay's queuing and was a system that WORKED. #BringBackQuickplay

I want to see a total reversion, not a fix casual thing, a total reversion back to the Quickplay system. Fixing casual and adding features from Quickplay is like mixing oil and water. They simply do not go together because they are completely different systems. #BringBackQuickplay

Casual mode makes you wait for so long it wastes your time for just a game that will get steamrolled and you have to queue for another game. #BringBackQuickplay.

It doesn't matter if Matchmaking isn't addressed. It has been broken ever since Meet Your Match, and unless we make enough of a stink to rot Valve's nose, they will allow it to decay into unplayability.
