Participated in a wonderful, thought-provoking and surprisingly emotional creative writing workshop with the wonderful @KitdeWaal. I'm so glad I came here! #BritLit2023 #BritLit23

A day chock full of poetry, prose, writing, thinking, shedding tears, eating cake and drinking too much coffee! What an incredible group of writers and what an incredible honour and pleasure to be able to listen and talk to them! #BritLit2023 #BritLit23

I did two writing workshops with @KitdeWaal and @DaljitNagra4 for #BritLit2023. I wrote flashfiction (300 words, prompt: "pocket", edited down) and a (attempted macaronic style) poem about "someone famous walking self-confidently down a street" in the workshops respectively. 1/2
