oh, perfect! what a great combination of sweet, salty, mushy and crunchy.
crushed nuts or seeds on top would be my choice.

I used to feed salty broadbeans to my neighbor's little dogs so they wouldn't bark while they were on evening walkabout and before they got locked up in the house for the night.

However if you get green favas in their pods, aka broadbeans, I highly recommend throwing them right on a grill while you’re grilling other things and eating them kinda like edamame
