Thanks for posting this, Mr. Dunn. Hits home for me post detox 2022 and Trauma Therapy till December 2022. I also found a lot of solace and recognition in @joannechocolat.bsky.social's #BrokenLight. And a total new coping mechanism with houses and rooms. Not just in myself but everyone.

Have yet to encounter that one. I am dillegently working my way through Ms. Harris's books on a as published scheme. Her #BrokenLight was my first and since then I have been entranced by all her offerings.

These are what I picked up yesterday. Am a bit in Harris Overload at the mo. And that makes me smile. My first of her's was #BrokenLight. Right book at the precice right time in my life. Was going through Trauma Therapy. And a lotta good it did me. Both book and Therapy!
