Superintendent Adam Martin summarized consultant findings showing a drop of more than 1,300 students since 2019, elementary utilization at about 63%, secondary at 53%, and a projected loss of 500–600 students over five years.

Superintendent Dr. Patelli presented a feasibility study by RLPS that examines building use, enrollment trends and five options for district configuration; she said the board will be asked in March or April to select about two options for further study and emphasized no decisions would be made at the work session.
