Picked up at a flea market in Reykjavik of all places. Astrosniks were invented in 1975 by a German company Bullyland & found their way into Happy Meals around 1983.
Did these even make it to Canada?

After years of seeing this guy online I finally got my hands on the Kaiyodo Plateosaurus, one of my favorite dinosaurs (that's long overdue for a new figure, my favorite one before this was the old quadrupedal Bullyland one lol)
Absolutely LOVE the color scheme on this little guy

I love when you can show how our perception of extinct animals evolves via toys
The Bullyland one (with the blue head) used to be my favorite cause of the feathering and I thought it was the best one when it was first released but the Safari one really is a MASSIVE upgrade

I love that blue Schleich Triceratops. I never had it as a kid, but it stood out amongst the more subdued patterning of the early 2000s Triceratops toys from Safari or Bullyland.
That T.rex is a huge nostalgia hit! Versions of it were always available wherever you could get cheap dinosaur toys.

Got the charity shop haul out at home for a proper look and it's an absolute bargain. One of the models is still in its box! There's 3 x Papos, some Terra Battats, Safari and Bullyland, mostly in good condition. Only one model I already have. Can't complain at £10 for all this!
