Turn those rates into dollars and the 1% makes sense. Investing added $6.8M of revenue. Cash lost $7.1M. A 31% gain and a 10% fall almost exactly cancelled, because the shrinking business is more than twice the size of the growing one.

Well their “for profit” model seem to ignore sustainability of their business model. They are pricing themselves out of business they are not investing in the necessary infrastructure to sustain their business model so they are profiting themselves into extinction what a shame
