yeah back in the BuzzFeed News days, I always noticed *which* topics counted as "political" according to the people in charge, and which did not ... and which people could post about politics with impunity and how the bulk of us ... could not ...

We should stop blaming everything on Cinemasins. Don't get me wrong, they suck, but this was problem *before* Cinemasins and Buzzfeed came along.

This gif is how I want to react but I had/read SO MANY theories during DT that turned out to be "ya its just a normal baby whatever" or instantly solved in a line of dialogue and never talked about again that I half expect them to be like "ya baldr is just no one and nothing and now hes written out"

I blame this in part on the rise of those Buzzfeed type listicles and the likes of Cinema Sins who, needing to find things to nitpick to eke out content, elevated total non-issues into grand failures of writing and taught audiences to treat anything not explained at length as a plot hole
