152 years ago, on the 1st of September 1873, Cetshwayo kaMpande (transliterated) was installed as king of the Zulu nation. He would be commander in Chief during the Anglo-Zulu war in which the Zulu lost independence. Cetshwayo banished European missionaries and equipped his impis with muskets. (1/6)
