Advice for homeowners preparing for disaster from CA Ins. Cxr Dave Jones: (1) Ask your insurer for replacement cost estimate, (2) Ask reputable contractor for same, (3) Insure 125-150% above b/c of post-disaster demand surge, (4) Do home inventory (send video-> cloud). #CAF2018
