I posted in the CAJ Slack asking them about the fact that they legitimized a right-wing rag that has harassed other journalists.
The CAJ did not reply.
Instead, the CAJ deactivated my access to the Slack channel, despite an ongoing conversation with other members.

Trying to remember if CAJ made a statement when I was denied access to the Conservative convention even though I do actual journalism.

The Canadian Association of Journalists legitimized the right-wing RAG the Western Standard as "journalists," condemning them not being allowed into a press conference as an example as a "crime against the democratic process"?????
I will not be renewing my membership.
