CAProp38: I am VERY pro-science, but this bond debt is a BAD WEIRD way to do it. Even weirder, there's only one org -CIII- eligible for the 1st half of the $8.4B and its founded/run by billionaire Gary Michelson who -surprise-is the lead funder of this prop even existing. Super hinky. Voting NO.
