#CARESAct is TERRIBLE. It's gonna lead to a cascading wave of defaults. Funneling all aid through @SBAgov SBA = horrible complexity+bureaucracy. Ask a Yoga Studio owner to put together docs to be eligible+still make payroll+pay bills. HA. No way. Lights out. @davidmwessel @AOC
