ABR landscape ecologist JJ Frost attended the Circumpolar Arctic Vegetation Science Initiative (CAVSI). CAVSI brings together Arctic vegetation researchers from around the world to address critical research priorities related to Arctic vegetation.

#LatePost - time has been flying. I was honored to participate in the #ASSW2025 conference in Boulder Colorado including, #ICARP-IV, #CAVSI, and #PECWS workshops in late March.
This meeting restored my wilting hope for conservation of Arctic ecosystems by those who care and depend on them.

The Press Society (TPS) and CAVSI are jointly organizing a one-day interactive forum focused on equipping parents, caregivers, and community leaders with the tools to address children’s substance use and its effects. #communityoutreach

At the twentieth anniversary ceremony of CAVSI, the non governmental organisation reeled out its achievements since inception, urged influential and well meaning Nigerians to stop complaining but to rather contribute their quota to the development of the country.
