Hypogammaglobulinemia is prevalent in our pts exposed to B cell depleting therapy, BiTEs, CAR-T, alkylators. Worse with age and if they have underlying low Ig’s before Rx.
Severe hypoIgG is <200 mg%. High risk patients=AAV & SLE
