@newyorktimes newest article about climate change was interesting. The authors Raymond Zhong and Giacomo d'Orlando scuba dived with scientists to explore if microbes, ocean tree bark, can mitigate climate change by converting methane into less harmful biomass. #CCSUJOURNALISM #NEWSENGAGEMENTDAY

Anderson Cooper has stated, “President Trump needs to come to the negotiating table.” Many journalists use their voice to advocate what is going on in the world. Because of their platform they could raise awareness to those who aren’t being heard which is inspiring. #CCSUJOURNALISM #NEWSEGAGEMENTDAY

Fox News is a popular platform that many people nowadays use. I find interesting how their platform finds extensive resources. For example, as Palestine and Israel’s conflict is still occurring, Fox News has gathered political figures and people directly affected. #CCSUJOURNALISM #NEWSENGAGEMENTDAY

Bill Fish is not worried about about the courts support for 1st Amendment when it comes to obvious cases. Overall, he’s optimistic. One problem is that legal process is slow. #NewsEngagementDay #ccsujournalism
