Talking about CEPPS? It is claimed with out much evidence by motivated politicians that CEPPS is doing untoward things.

Your call, but plenty of evidence over last century that we would happily interfere in elections or topple regimes we don't like if thought it would boost our interests.
CEPPS & other NGOs do a lot of good, but believing none in that whole network aren't advance goals in other ways is very trusting.
