There is no 386mg aspirin tablet. (The cesspool at his jawline spews endless waste.) But if he's getting that dosage from the SnakeOilGuy or WormBrain, maybe try pairing it with a hefty dose of Probenecid for the swollen ankles. It's sure to bring a desired effect for so many people.
