香港自由委員會基金會（CFHK）的官方網站於今個月中被封鎖，部分使用數碼通、電訊盈科、CSL、中國移動香港等網絡供應商用戶，無法瀏覽CFHK網站。然而，CFHK只是近年其中一個被港府封鎖的網站，其他網站還包括《如水》雜誌、美國人權律師Samuel Bickett的個人Substack專欄、香港監察（Hong Kong Watch）、香港民主委員會（HKDC）、「六四紀憶人權博物館」等，另外還有幾個台灣網站如民進黨官方網站、促進轉型正義委員會、台灣基督長老教會網站。自《國安法》實施以來，香港已有至少10個網站遭封鎖。

香港自由委員會基金會（CFHK）周二（30日）聯合 52 個國際人權組織及海外港人團體，聯署呼籲聯合國人權事務高級專員圖克（Volker Türk），調查香港監獄系統性虐囚情況。

聯署信特別提到黎智英、梁國雄、鄒幸彤及黃之鋒等政治犯，被長期單獨囚禁、通訊受阻、更被要求參與「去激進化」課程等。

CFHK 政策與倡議專員許穎婷表示，香港當局續以「惡意抹黑」去迴避國際審視監獄狀況，「那他們更應開放監獄予聯合國獨立觀察員，以及醫療專家進行視察。」

她希望聯合國可以出手中止香港對囚犯的殘忍、非人道及虐待行徑。

UK - Hong Kong Byline Times’ Josiah Mortimer highlighted the conflict of interest embodied by serving British Lords Lenoard Hoffman and David Neuberger, who have sworn oaths of allegiance to the British crown and to Hong Kong in order to serve as foreign judges on its Court of Final Appeal. CFHK Foundation Director Mark Sabah said: “Members of the House of Lords, who swear allegiance to the Crown, should not be able to take on roles on foreign courts where they need to swear allegiance to another entity or leadership. This conflict alone puts into question their judicial independence and suggests the Lords’ Code of Conduct itself requires reform.” Foreign Secretary David Lammy met with Chinese counterpart Wang Yi in Malaysia, where he discussed “bilateral issues where we can cooperate and also areas where we disagree, including the ongoing detention of Jimmy Lai.” Speaking with Malcolm Hudson for NTD News, CFHK Foundation Head of Advocacy and Public Affairs Robert Clark said that the government’s decision not to put China in the top tier of its foreign influence registration scheme renders "meaningless" efforts to safeguard British national security.
