Per the CFL, and fines less than $75 can be retained by teams and used for something benefiting the players (insert joke about throwing a party)
All fines over $75 go to the CFLPA, and seemingly can be spent on whatever the hell the CFLPA wants

Well league rules have conditions for stopping a game. Not contracts. The league and cflpa apparently did not plan for climate change speeding up.

Glad to see Ryan Hunter and Cameron Judge (and DaShaun Amos) serving as CFLPA reps for the Argos. It's critical that Canadians be deeply involved in the players association, in an era when ownership regards nothing as sacred.
