CT DEEP EVs versus E-Bikes - Program statistics are updated monthly for the EV portion of the CHEAPR program. E-Bikes - are updated periodically (meaning we have ZERO current data on the second round which looks to be the final round absent any commitment from the Commissioner).

My fun fact is that my go-to examples for Arnstein's ladder, esp in the non-participation and tokensism sections, are from Connecticut & West Hartford transportation policy. CHEAPR absolutely gets a mention in these classes. #NutmegSky
