Musk's Ketamine abuse was public knowledge by the time he initiated the Twitter buy out. I agree his wealth kept him insulated from much scrutiny but tbqh no one in power should have been ignorant about it before today. There was even talk of revoking Space X clearances over of his substance abuse!
The stuff about Musk's drug use hasn't been a secret for years. I am a nobody and had been told by People Who Would Know About It on multiple occassions going back to like... 2017? The reason it was rarely mentioned even when it was obvious is Musk is extremely litigious and wealthy.
