my 1 experience of a registered dietician who specifically said she helps people w complex food allergies is she thought i was nuts & having psychosomatic symptoms when i said uncoated chinet plates glutened me
she was, ofc, proven wrong. my gluten dog trainer said “oh yeah they use wheat glue”
